Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Olga, the founder of The Surrogacy Insider. My journey in international surrogacy began back in 2019, when I became part of a global surrogacy agency. Over the years, I had the privilege of being directly involved in the creation of over 250 families, supporting journeys in Ukraine, Mexico, Colombia, Cyprus, Georgia, Armenia and Albania. Working behind the scenes gave me in-depth insight into every layer of the process—from legal to logistical, medical to emotional.
But in 2024, I began to notice a serious gap in the industry: intended parents often didn’t have access to truly unbiased, transparent, and realistic information about international surrogacy. Too often, the support they received was either overly optimistic, overly sales-driven, or missing entirely. Their interests weren’t always front and center—and that didn’t sit right with me.
With my deep knowledge of both the client-facing and back-office operations of international surrogacy, I realised I was uniquely positioned to fill that gap. That’s why I created The Surrogacy Insider—a platform built on trust, clarity, and compassion, where intended parents can get the real facts, expert insight, and balanced guidance they need to make empowered decisions beyond a single agency or destination. It’s also a place where I personally introduce you to trustworthy providers and industry experts I’ve built strong, direct relationships with over the years—professionals I know, have worked with, and truly trust to put your best interests first.
My Approach
At The Surrogacy Insider, I believe that surrogacy, especially in the context of international surrogacy, is a deeply personal journey that deserves transparency, clarity, and compassion. I understand how overwhelming this process can be—that’s why I take a thoughtful, individualized approach to ensure you are educated and in charge of your decisions.
There’s no one-size-fits-all solution in surrogacy. Every destination comes with its own unique set of risks as well as advantages, and it’s crucial to weigh both sides carefully. Whether you’re exploring surrogacy in the US, Mexico, Albania, or any other country, I believe it’s important to understand the full picture before making a decision. My role is to provide honest, unbiased guidance that prioritises your best interests over any sales-driven agenda.

My Story
My journey into surrogacy began in 2018 when my best friend invited me to attend a seminar on family building. He was exploring surrogacy as a single father, and this seminar opened my eyes to a world I had never truly considered. It sparked something in me—a deep desire to be a part of something as meaningful and transformative as helping people build families through surrogacy.
My personal dream, however, was always to witness the miracle of birth—to experience firsthand the emotional moment when a mother meets her child for the first time. That dream came true when I had the honor of accompanying an intended mother from Brazil into the delivery room. I was there when she held her baby in her arms for the very first time, and it was a moment I will never forget. Witnessing that raw, powerful connection between mother and child reaffirmed why I do what I do: helping people experience this life-changing moment of parenthood.
As a mother to my 4-year-old son, Felix, I now understand the overwhelming desire to become a parent and the excitement, anticipation, and personal growth that come with raising a child. This experience has only deepened my passion for helping others become parents and supporting them through every step of their journey.
That’s why I founded The Surrogacy Insider—to offer people the support, clarity, and guidance they need as they embark on their surrogacy journeys. It’s not just about the logistics of building a family—it’s about the heart of the process and ensuring that every intended parent has the opportunity to experience the joy of parenthood.
